Your People. Your Culture. Done Right

No cookie-cutter HR here. I help you build the people practices that fit your business, your values, and your goals—right from day one.

A Little Bit About Me.

When I was 10, I sat at my kitchen table drafting a “business plan” for a fake fashion design firm—because Christina Applegate did it in a kitschy ‘90s movie and I was all in. That movie sparked my obsession with one day running my own business (preferably with fabulous blazers and a fax machine).

Fast forward 20+ years, and I’ve clocked plenty of time in the workforce—and survived more than my share of truly awful workplace experiences. We’re talking about the full bingo card: Sunday scaries, micromanagers who needed hobbies, and “leaders” who dangled paychecks like carrots. Not exactly the dream.

But those experiences lit a fire in me. I wanted to change how workplaces work. That’s what pulled me into HR—not for the policies, but for the people.

Here’s the thing: most new business owners don’t get a manual for this stuff. They’re amazing at what they do… but HR? It’s usually an afterthought until it becomes a problem.

That’s where I come in.

As a people and culture strategist, my purpose is to help small business owners build HR strategies that actually make sense for their business, their people, and their future. When business and people needs are aligned everyone wins because when you stop choosing one over the other, you finally get a team that sticks (and a business that scales).

In my free time, I can be found exploring Nevada’s beautiful terrain with my husband Justin, catching as many sunsets as possible, and hanging out with my two rescue pups. I also love to go wine tasting and am a huge fan of baseball-Go Cubs!

I have the experience, knowledge, and strategies to help you navigate the people side of your business with confidence.
